The YouMeVerse E14: Feminine & Masculine energy with Special Guest Amy Rachelle
As Jeffrey and Odette prepare for Amy Rachelle to join the podcast, Odette comments on her growing awareness about the story she has created around her menstruation experience. She shares her belief that she can influence her body’s experience by changing her awareness. She mentions a process called “revision” that she learned from Neville Goddard.
They introduce their friend Amy, a licensed therapist turned feminine soul guide to the conversation.
Jeffrey and Amy reflect upon and appreciate the manifestation of their first meeting and continued interactions, and they describe their energy-based communications. They distinguish bottom-up revelations, which are felt first in the body and later processed by the mind, from top-down revelations, which begin in the mind and are later understood in the body.
Odette specifically asks Amy about her understanding of feminine and masculine energies and about her experiences with boudoir photography, as this subject was one of the bridges to Amy’s presence on the podcast.
Amy briefly discusses her experiences with boudoir photography, describing it as a valuable tool for expanding one’s intuitive awareness and sensual embodiment.
Amy describes her transformational journey from a state of greater restriction and limitation to a state of expansion and connected embodiment. She begins by recounting her early experiences and innermost questions, the environmental influences of purity culture, and her journey to Self through a desire to experience pregnancy and children.
Amy describes her experiences within the traditional medical system and her expansion into holistic healing. She recounts her visits to the White Raven Center, where she experienced profound energetic shifts. She describes how these experiences were soon followed by her own successful pregnancy as well a shift in her identification as a clinical therapist to an energy healer.
Jeffrey remarks on how profound shifts within the Self contribute to shifts within many others in the collective. He describes ego as the current perspective of self and the presence of logic within the body. Jeffrey remarks on how, after dismantling ego-based patterns, one can create what they desire simply by choosing their focus and allowing the body to follow, as opposed to “forcing” with the ego.
They collectively discuss shifts from the suppression of emotion and avoidance of sensation to the movement towards sensation and transmutation of energy.
Jeffrey and Odette appreciate and thank Amy for sharing her experiences and look forward to having her back on the podcast to continue the conversation. More about Amy and her intuitive healing offerings can be found at www.amyrachelle.net
