I have been practicing yoga and meditation for a decade, it completely transformed my relationship with life. I find more joy, greater ease and more love and appreciation as a result of my continual evolving practice.I believe yoga is a tool that is individual to the practitioner and in my personal relationship with yoga I discovered its true potential is finding the unique way in which is suits each person on and off the mat.I love to share my experiences and teachings with anyone whom is asking.
I started practicing yoga during college and it completely changed the trajectory of my life. I completed a string of trainings, helped open a studio with a good friend, taught thousands of people, became a yoga therapist, and started my own yoga schools. While my focus was primarily physical and pose-based at first, I came to appreciate the value of breathing, mindfulness, and meditation practices far more with experience. Today, I enjoy and teach both the physical aspects of yoga as well as these more “inward” practices.
